Terms and Conditions

Cannon Industrial Plastics makes no express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, for products not manufactured by Cannon. For products manufactured by Cannon Industrial Plastics, we warrant only that such products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. Any descriptions of goods are solely for identification purposes and do not constitute a warranty.

  1. Warranty Disclaimer. Cannon Industrial Plastics makes no express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, for products not manufactured by Cannon. For products manufactured by Cannon, we warrant only that they will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. Any descriptions of goods are solely for identification purposes and do not constitute a warranty.
  2. Acceptance of Terms. By accepting delivery of goods from Cannon Industrial Plastics, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. No modifications to these Terms and Conditions may be made unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Cannon Industrial Plastics. Counter-offers with differing terms are expressly rejected.
  3. Terms of Payment. Unless otherwise stated by Cannon Industrial Plastics, the total purchase price is due within 30 days. A service charge of 1.5% per month (or the highest legal rate) will apply to all unpaid invoices. Any applicable taxes will be added to the total purchase price.
  4. Terms of Delivery. All shipments are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) point of origin unless agreed otherwise in writing. The risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the carrier for shipment. The purchaser is responsible for transportation charges, unless prepaid by Cannon Industrial Plastics and charged as freight and handling.
  5. Shortages. Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. Freight shortage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
  6. Returns. Cannon Industrial Plastics will accept returned goods only if shipped in error or under special circumstances expressly acknowledged by Cannon in writing. All returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt and approved in writing. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number must be clearly marked on all returned goods. Returns not due to Cannon’s error will be subject to handling and restocking fees and must be in resalable condition with freight prepaid.
  7. Non-Standard Products. Non-standard, custom-made, or special order products cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been placed by the purchaser.
  8. Products Not Manufactured by Cannon Industrial Plastics. All products not manufactured by Cannon Industrial Plastics carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Cannon Industrial Plastics makes no express or implied warranties for these products.
  9. Products Manufactured by Cannon Industrial Plastics. Cannon warrants that products manufactured by Cannon Industrial Plastics will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from shipment. This warranty excludes damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, corrosion, improper installation, or extreme conditions. No other warranties apply.
  10. Purchaser’s Remedy Under One-Year Warranty. If a product is found defective under the one-year warranty, the purchaser must notify Cannon Industrial Plastics in writing. Upon approval, the purchaser may return the product for inspection. If deemed defective, Cannon Industrial Plastics will repair or replace the product at no charge, except for transportation costs.
  11. Force Majeure. Cannon Industrial Plastics is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  12. Limitation of Liability. Cannon Industrial Plastics’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our products.
  13. Catalog Information. Information in our catalog is based on tests and data believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed. Prices and product details are subject to change without notice.
  14. Breach and Remedies. Failure to make timely payments or any rejection of these Terms constitutes a breach, entitling Cannon Industrial Plastics to pursue remedies under applicable law, including withholding delivery or reclaiming goods.
  15. No Waiver. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of Cannon Industrial Plastics’ rights. Any waiver must be in writing.
  16. Assignment and Delegation. No rights or obligations under this agreement may be assigned without written consent from both parties.
  17. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and Cannon Industrial Plastics, superseding any prior agreements or representations.
  18. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the Cannon Industrial Plastics warehouse from which the purchase was made is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
