The TCAD-2 Temperature Data Logger + Controller + Alarm provides complete temperature management for plating, process, and chemical tanks. Designed for tough industrial environments, the TCAD-2 controls heaters, solenoid valves, or pumps up to 10A, with programmable temperature limits and audible/visual alarm. All temperature data is logged for long-term compliance and audit needs, and the system is NADCAP compliant.
Set up is fast: the TCAD-2 ships ready to use with pre-set temperature limits, waterproof enclosure, and stack light. When temperatures move out of range, the 103 dB buzzer and stack light LED immediately alert operators. All status and data logs are stored and easily exported via USB flash drive for record-keeping or regulatory compliance.
