The DQ Series Thermostat by Process Technology offers up to 15 amps of precise digital control with dual set-point functionality, ideal for maintaining consistent plating and etch rates in various aqueous processes. It comes equipped with a large .56” high LED display for clear visibility, providing both heating and cooling control with a 10-foot (3m) Fluoropolymer (FEP) covered, 1000-ohm platinum RTD sensor for durability in harsh environments. Its vapor-resistant design is housed in a NEMA 1, IP21 rated, gasketed 1/4 DIN plastic enclosure with stainless steel hardware, ensuring reliability. Capable of operating at up to 600 volts, it is versatile for both single and three-phase setups, with an adjustable temperature range from -40°F (-40°C) to 1000°F (538°C).

  • High Precision Control:

    • Offers ±0.25% full span accuracy with single digit precision.

  • Power Phase:

    • Designed for single-phase power systems only.
