The LMI PD Series Metering Pump sets the standard for precision chemical dosing in industrial water treatment. Available in Manual and Enhanced models, this solenoid-driven pump delivers flow rates from 0.002 to 2.0 GPH (0.0076 to 7.6 LPH) and pressures up to 450 psi (31 bar). With materials like PVC, PVDF, and 316 stainless steel, it’s ideal for metal finishing, electroplating, anodizing, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment. The Manual model features a split-scale dial for easy adjustments, while the Enhanced model offers a large graphical display, external control inputs, and StayPrime™ degassing technology for automated priming. Its improved drive mechanism ensures consistent accuracy, and the universal power supply (100-240V) adds flexibility for seamless integration into your process.
