The UC Series, U Coils are designed for efficient heat transfer in small tanks, offering superior chemical resistance, rugged construction, and leak-free operation.

  • Superior Chemical Resistance: Available in various materials for use in alkaline, acid solutions, and rinse tanks. Consult your chemical supplier or the solution guide for proper sheath material.
  • Rugged Construction: Made with heavy wall, 18-gauge metal tubing, available in steel, 316 stainless steel, and titanium. Standard 1″ diameter tubing with 1″ MNPT fittings.
  • Long-Lasting Performance: Low-profile, 1-inch thick design ensures that every inch of the coil’s surface is an active exchange area, making it ideal for small tanks with low heat exchange requirements.
  • Leak-Free Operation: Single-point connections reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation, with standard 1″ MNPT connections.
  • High Pressure Rating: Capable of handling 100 PSI working pressure for steam or water applications.
  • Sizes: Standard sizes range from 0.75 to 2.5 square feet of exchange area.
  • Available Options: Special configurations, lengths, heavier gauge tubing, alternative alloys (e.g., Zirconium, Hastelloy C®), fluoropolymer coatings for corrosion protection, non-conductive isolator couplings, L-shaped configurations for bottom heat applications, and higher pressure ratings (consult factory).
