Grid Coils

Grid coils are essential components for efficient heating and cooling in industrial tanks, especially when dealing with corrosive chemicals. Designed for maximum efficiency, grid coils utilize every inch of their surface as an active heat exchange area, ensuring rapid and consistent temperature control. Whether used for heating or cooling in chemical processing, metal finishing, or other industrial applications, grid coils are built to withstand the harshest conditions, providing reliable and long-lasting performance.

When requesting a quote for grid coils, please provide the following information:

  • Description of the Solution Being Heated or Cooled: Specify the type of chemical or solution involved.
  • Process Tank Dimensions & Solution Volume: Provide the tank’s length, width, height, and the volume of the solution.
  • Starting and Operating Temperature: Indicate the initial and desired temperatures of the solution.
  • Preferred Heat-Up or Cool-Down Time: Specify how quickly the solution needs to reach the target temperature.
