CHEMAG Series GF & GFK Thermoplastic Cartridge Filtration Systems

Series GF & GFK
DELIVERY 1-2 WEEKS (OFTENS SHIPS SOONER)

CHEMAG Series GF & GFK Thermoplastic Cartridge Filtration Systems deliver industry-leading corrosion resistance through solid, glass-free polypropylene or pure PVDF construction. These systems set the benchmark for thermoplastic filtration: no metallic parts, rubber linings, glue welding, or glass fillers. All units include heavy-duty thermoplastic seal-less magnetic pumps and allow versatile field interchangeability between cartridge, horizontal disc, granular carbon, or oil absorption media with easy-access tilt lids.

Manufacturer: CHEMAG
Product Type: Thermoplastic Cartridge Filtration System
Applications: Highly corrosive process streams in chemical, pharmaceutical, surface finishing, wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and other industries requiring contamination-free filtration.

Performance Range:

  • Series GF & GFK (polypropylene): capacities up to 40,000 GPH

  • Series GF PVDF: capacities up to 14,000 GPH

  • Chamber sizes from small pilot (3” x 10”) up to large (36” x 40”) depending on series.

Design Features:

  • Solid polypropylene or PVDF construction resists internal/external corrosion; contains no glass fillers, pigments, metallic stabilizers, PVC glue, or bead welding.

  • Fusion-welded, one-piece integral housing with uniform wall thickness for aggressive conditions.

  • Complete systems include PP or PVDF seal-less mag-drive pumps, eliminating leak points.

  • Field-interchangeable assemblies: cartridge or horizontal disc filters, granular carbon canisters (20” & 30” lengths), or oil absorption media.

  • Easy-access tilt lid for rapid element changes and maintenance.
