CHEMAG Series GF Rugged Thermoplastic Disc Filtration Systems
CHEMAG Rugged Thermoplastic Disc Filtration Systems provide industry-leading corrosion resistance through solid, fusion-welded polypropylene construction. These horizontal disc filtration systems set the benchmark for thermoplastic disc filters: no metallic parts, rubber lining, or glue welding. All systems include heavy-duty thermoplastic seal-less magnetic pumps and simplified maintenance features to ensure leak-free operation in the harshest environments.

MODEL NUMBERS
Manufacturer: CHEMAG
Product Type: Rugged Thermoplastic Disc Filtration System (horizontal disc)
Applications: Corrosive slurry and liquid filtration in chemical processing, surface finishing, wastewater treatment, metal finishing, pharmaceuticals, and other industries requiring contamination-free, leak-free filtration.
Performance Range:
Capacities up to 20,000 GPH (depending on diameter and pump selection)
Horizontal disc systems available in 5”, 8”, 10”, 12”, and 18” diameters
Slurry tank designs available for continuous or intermittent carbon treatment (powder carbon capacity up to 1.85 cu ft per vessel)
Design Features:
Solid, fusion-welded, glass-free polypropylene construction resists internal/external corrosion.
Field interchangeability: horizontal discs or conventional cartridges in same housing where applicable.
Slurry tank designs allow continuous/intermittent carbon treatment without metal contact.
All systems equipped with polypropylene (or PVDF where specified) seal-less mag-drive pumps to ensure leak-free process.
Corrosion-proof vessels provide long service life without costly relining.
