The Penguin Series A-SF InTank Suction filtration systems are constructed from CPVC, Polypro, or PVDF, ensuring no metal contact and providing superior corrosion resistance. Designed for continuous-duty operation, these filtration systems offer virtually trouble-free service.

Available in two styles, with options for one or two filters, the A-SF systems are flexible to meet different application needs. Choose between Series PF string-wound filter cartridges for particulate removal or Series GC granular carbon for removing organic contaminants. These systems are easy to install and maintain, with filtration rates of up to 3400 GPH, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications.

The Penguin Series A-SF InTank Suction Filtration Systems are engineered for durability, reliability, and efficient operation in a variety of industrial applications. Key features include:

Pumps:

    • Sealless, cantilever design ensures durability and long-term performance.
    • Runs dry without damage, allowing for safe operation in demanding conditions.
    • Self-priming when fully immersed in liquid on startup.
    • Tank-lip mounted inside the tank with no floor space required, maximizing workspace efficiency.
    • Constructed from CPVC plastic and EPDM elastomer for corrosion resistance and durability.

Agitates:

      • CPVC Educators induce an additional 4 GPM of solution for every gallon of filter effluent pumped, optimizing the filtration process.

Filters:

    • High filtration rate for efficient performance.
    • Easy cartridge change-out ensures simple and quick maintenance.
    • Accepts wound, depth, spun, pleated, or carbon cartridges (2-3/8” OD, 10”, 20”, or 30” lengths) for solution filtration, pre-filtration, or purification.
    • Includes polypropylene wound cartridge, 15-micron filter for fine particulate removal.
