Process Technology’s immersion heaters are designed for use in most aqueous alkaline solutions, plating baths, and phosphate tanks. To ensure the appropriate sheath material, please refer to the solution recommendation chart provided by your chemical supplier.
- Heavy-Duty Sheaths: Available in steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and titanium to provide long-lasting durability.
- Optimal Watt Density: Delivers up to 35 watts per square inch (5.4 W/cm²) to extend the service life of the heaters.
- Robust Protection: Vapor-resistant, flame-retardant polypropylene terminal enclosures are equipped with a 3 ft (0.9 m) flexible PVC liquid-tight conduit for enhanced safety.
- Precise Control: Temperature and level controls are tailored to match the heater specifications.
- Customizable Options: Lower watt densities are available for use with highly viscous solutions.
- Vertical Installation: These immersion heaters are intended for vertical installation only.
