The immersion heater features low watt density, a built-in thermal protector, and a grounded element, ensuring safety and reliability. The Fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements are inert to most solutions, providing a durable and long-lasting solution for your heating needs.

Chemical Compatibility: Inert to most aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing, and pickling solutions.
Durability: Rugged, heavy-wall PTFE-covered stainless steel element minimizes permeation and is guaranteed 100% pinhole-free.
Space Efficiency & Longevity: The low watt density design of 10 W/in² (1.5 W/cm²) ensures space-saving installation and extended service life.
Flexible Installation: Comes with a 4 ft. (1.2m) flexible PTFE riser cable leading to a vapor-resistant, flame-retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure, and includes a 3 ft. (.9m) flexible PVC liquid-tight conduit.
Enhanced Heater Life: Optional patented purge feature available, reducing chemical permeation for longer heater life.
Adaptability: Lower watt densities offered for highly viscous solutions and technical acids.
