Durable Construction: Featuring a rugged, heavy-wall PTFE-covered stainless steel element, these immersion heaters are guaranteed 100% pinhole-free, significantly reducing permeation and ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Efficient Space-Saving Design: The FLX Fluoropolymer immersion heaters offer a low watt density design of 10 W/in² (1.5 W/cm²), providing extended service life while saving valuable space in your setup.
Safe and Secure Terminal Enclosure: Equipped with a polypropylene terminal enclosure and a 3 ft (.9m) flexible PVC liquid-tight conduit, these electric immersion heaters ensure safe and secure connections even in challenging industrial conditions.
Customizable for Viscous Solutions: Lower watt densities are available to accommodate highly viscous solutions and technical acids, offering versatile heating solutions for various industrial applications.
Installation Note: Please note that gaskets and bolts are not provided. These heaters are intended for horizontal installation only.
