The Process Technology 6HS Series – Tubular is a 6-element tubular immersion heater engineered for chemical tank heating in aqueous acid, alkaline, anodizing, and pickling solutions up to 212°F. Built with 316 stainless steel elements, this tubular heater offers durable chemical heating with 3000 to 10,500 watts at 208 to 600 volts (three-phase). Its low watt density design ensures efficient heat transfer, making it ideal for metal finishing, plating, and chemical processing tanks with a vapor-tight polypropylene enclosure.
