The Lutz Pump Set – Alkalis is an electric drum pump crafted for corrosive, aqueous, and slightly viscous media up to 500 mPas, including sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia water, formic acid, and acetic acid. With a 500W motor, sealless design, and 2000 mm hose, it delivers up to 87 l/min (50 l/min with nozzle) and a 19-meter head, ensuring efficient alkali transfer from barrels. Featuring a stainless steel (1.4571) shaft, PP pump tube, and Lutz handwheel, this pump set also handles oils like rapeseed and vegetable oil. Its maintenance-friendly, lubricant-free construction and replaceable seal modules make it a reliable choice for industrial chemical applications.
