The FLUX For Alkalis Pump Kit is a pre-assembled solution for transferring alkalis from 55-gallon drums (with a 1000 mm immersion length) or IBC containers (with a 1200 mm immersion length). This kit features the reliable F 424 Sealless Drum Pump with a polypropylene outer tube, ensuring chemical resistance and durability. Powered by the FEM 4070 commutator motor, the pump offers efficient and consistent performance. The kit includes a hose, hand nozzle, and compression gland, making it a convenient all-in-one package for alkali transfer. Ideal for industries such as surface technology, petrochemistry, agriculture, and water treatment.

The FLUX Pump Kit “Alkalis” is engineered for durability, efficiency, and safety in handling aggressive alkalis and acids. Designed for low maintenance and high reliability, this pump kit eliminates issues related to seal and bearing wear, making it ideal for long-term use in industrial environments.

FLUX Pump Kit “Alkalis”

For transferring alkalis and acids like caustic potash, caustic soda, ammonia water, formic acid (at 50%), and acetic acid (at 80%).

Delivery rate max. 43.5 GPM, delivery head max. 31.1 ft.* When using the pump with a discharge hose and a hand tap, the delivery rate will be approx. 10.5 GPM. Viscosity max. 600 cPs, temperature max. 122°F.
