PH-1 pH Controller Alarm
The PH-1 pH Controller Alarm by Gizmo Engineering provides advanced pH monitoring and control, complete with stack light indication, audible alarm, and convenient pump management—all in a waterproof, rugged enclosure. This unit is built for harsh plating, wastewater, and process environments, where tight pH control and immediate alarms are critical for compliance and safety.
With a high-output 103dB warbling buzzer, operators are instantly alerted if pH drifts out of range. The stack light indicates system status—green for in-range, red for out-of-range, and yellow when pumps are active. Setting alarm and control points is fast, with separate setpoints for alarm and dosing control. RS485 and 4-20mA outputs provide data logging and integration with plant monitoring systems.
