The 1” EXP Non-Metallic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump offers versatile fluid transfer with a maximum flow of 53 gpm (200 lpm) and discharge pressure of 120 psi (8.3 bar). Featuring 1” ANSI/DIN flange or NPT/BSP ports, it’s crafted from corrosion-resistant polypropylene, PVDF, conductive polypropylene, or conductive PVDF. Ideal for metal finishing, electroplating, anodizing, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment, this pump handles solids up to 1/8” (3.2 mm) and boasts a dry suction lift of 19 ft (5.7 m). With ARO’s no-stall Simul-Shift™ valve and optional long-life PTFE diaphragms, it ensures reliable, efficient performance in demanding industrial environments.
